💚 Mental Health Check-In
Take time to focus on your emotional well-being. This supportive session provides a safe space to discuss stress, self-care, and healthy coping strategies while connecting with helpful resources.
👭 Support Groups for Pre-Teen & Teenage Girls
Designed to encourage confidence, resilience, and positive peer relationships, these groups offer a safe and supportive environment where girls can share experiences, build friendships, and develop important life skills.
🧱 Builders & Buddies LEGO Club
Creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving come together through hands-on LEGO challenges. This fun-filled activity encourages participants to build, imagine, and collaborate with new friends.
🌟 Positive Parenting Workshop
Discover practical tools and strategies to strengthen family relationships, encourage positive behavior, and support your child’s emotional growth and development.
