Monday, Dec. 15th is the deadline for ordering at current pricing and availability of items with a lay away or installment plan.
Once the orders close, all order will have to be paid in full when ordering. Pricing will change and some items may not be available.

The Hannan Community is invited to Hannan Community Christmas on December 16th at 5:00 pm.
Come make an ornament to hang on the (outside) Community tree. Then after the tree lighting, come in side and enjoy the band's Christmas concert at 7:00 pm.
Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there! Athletic boosters will be selling loaded hot chocolate!

Don't forget, Prestera offers school based therapy so your child can receive therapy during schools hours. Prestera is here every Monday to offer these services.
Holidays can be stressful but self-care and stress reduction are possible during the holidays.
Tip # 1. Practice Gratitude.
Tip # 2. Acknowledge your feelings.
Tip # 3. Learn to say "no".
Tip # 4. Be realistic.
Tip # 5. Stick to Healthy Habits. It's easy to forget about the basics during the rush of the holidays. But keep in mind, healthy foods boost our mood; getting enough sleep can increase positive emotions and maintain cognitive skills; physical activity can help reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
Diet - Have a healthy snack before attending a party. Fill your plate with fruits and veggies.
Sleep - Stick to a sleep schedule where you go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Create a bedroom that is sleep friendly by being dark, quiet and a comfortable temperature.
Exercise - Take a walk outside or have a dance party. Just keep moving!
GEAR UP is in full swing at Hannan.
Unfortunately we had to cancel the FAFSA workshop due to the weather but 2 more FAFSA workshops have been scheduled for January 15th and February 3rd.
GEAR UP sponsored a campus visit to Mountwest last week where we learned about all the programs offered.
Tuesday, December 16th at 6:00 pm, GEAR UP will sponsor a free webinar session on The Scholarship Playbook: Exploring All Paths to College Funding. Please see attached to scan the QR code to join the event.
