UPDATED FLEX DAYS FOR HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS' VOLLEYBALL! JUNE: 23rd - 2 pm to 4 pm ; 24th -; 4 pm to 6 pm ; 25th -; 6 pm to 8 pm; 26th - 6:30 pm to 8 pm. JULY: 7th - 4 pm to 6 pm; 8th- 4 pm to 6 pm ; 9th - 6 pm to 8 pm ; 10th - 2 pm to 4 pm. 21st- 4 pm to 6 pm; 25th - 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm ; 28th - 6 pm to 8 pm; 31st - 2 pm to 4 pm. If enough interest, I'll work in some Saturdays as well if that works better for schedules. Flex days are voluntary. We are working on basic skills. Volleyball season starts August 4th.


UPDATE. THIS EVENT WAS CANCELLED. The transition from high school to college can be daunting. Senior Informational Session focuses on equipping graduating seniors and their parents with essential knowledge and resources they need to confidently navigate the college preparation process. Mountain State ESC will be offering a Senior Session on Friday June 6th at Hannan High School from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Talking points include: FAFSA information; What do colleges look for? Tips for writing a good essay; How t use Common App; How to look for scholarships; What college is right for you? The information and link to register is on the Mason County BOE Facebook page.
Mountain State ESC is also planning on offering a 3-day workshop in July. The workshop will be for students wanting to increase their ACT/SAT scores. That information will be sent out soon.

ACT UPDATE!!! We just found out that ACT probably has not properly reassigned all the students to another testing center. The student will have to call the ACT and get clarification and a new admission ticket. ACT is located in South Dakota so allow for 2 hours' time difference, so noon here, is a good time to call there. Be sure to check your email to make sure nothing has gone to junk or clutter. High School Girls' Volleyball. There's a sign up sheet in the office for those who are interested. 9th thru 12th grade. Practice will be next week after school. Students can ride the activity bus home after practice.

Wonderland Rocks! Hannan students will be performing a theater production of Wonderland Rocks! A fractured fairytale for ages 1 to 100. This production will take place Thursday, May 29th at 7 pm at Hannan High School and admission is free! The play will run approximately for one hour and was written and directed by Donna Duke who has an extensive background in theater. Come out and enjoy an evening of theater while supporting Hannan's students.
